Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Swarm handles information when organizations use autonomous engineering workflows.

Information we process

Swarm processes account, organization, and integration metadata needed to authenticate users and run automations.

When enabled by your organization, we also process execution logs and run artifacts to provide observability and troubleshooting.

How we use information

Data is used to operate core functionality such as issue intake, agent orchestration, notifications, and pull request submission.

We may analyze operational metrics to improve performance, reliability, and product safety.

Retention and deletion

Data retention depends on workspace configuration, deployment mode, and operational requirements.

Organizations can request removal of stored workspace data, subject to backup and legal retention constraints.

Sharing and disclosure

Swarm shares data only with service providers and integrations required to deliver product functionality.

We do not sell personal information and do not share customer code context for advertising purposes.

User and admin controls

Authorized workspace admins can manage connected providers and revoke access tokens at any time.

If your organization requires additional controls, contact your account owner to configure policy and access settings.

Security and safeguards

Swarm applies technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer data in transit and at rest.

No internet-connected system is perfectly secure, so organizations should maintain defense-in-depth controls.

Questions about these policies should be routed through your Swarm workspace support channel.
